Abstract:
The proposal is for a plastic closure for containers having a top (3), a casing (5) proceeding therefrom and a guarantee region formed in the bottom edge region (7) of the casing which has at least one vertical cut (29) extending over the height of the guarantee region. The closure is distinguished in that the vertical cut (29) is arranged in accordance with certain shape features, preferably the arrangement of the securing ribs (15) of the closure (1), and is made in the wall (27) of the guarantee ring (9).
Abstract:
Screw top for containers with a thread, in particular bottles, glasses and the like, which is characterized by a ring follower (11) which has at least one projecting part (15) forming the thread of the screw top (1) and engaging the thread (33) of the container (31). Preferably, the ring follower (11) is designed as a guarantee ring, i.e. it includes a lower ring part (23) provided with barbs (27) extending from a vertical wall area (25). When the container (31) is opened for the first time, the barbs (27) project under suitable projecting parts on the container and burst open the lower ring part (23). The cap (3) of the screw top (1) does not require any thread because of the projecting parts (15) of the ring follower (11).
Abstract:
A plastic closure (1) is useful to close a container (19) having a mouth area (21). The closure (1) has a lid (3) associated with the container mouth (21) and linked to a ring-shaped sidewall (5). Fastening means (29) provided on the inner surface (13) of the sidewall (5) cooperate with corresponding fastening means (27) on the outer surface (23) of the container (19) and are designed for example as a screw thread. Finally, the closure has a further sealing arrangement (11) characterized by a continuous, swivelling selaing lip (9) which starts at a stop (15) and cooperates with a sidewall (25) of the container (19) which surrounds the mouth (21) of the container. The sealing lip (9) is swivelled out of a rest position, when the container is closed, and is upsettingly clamped in its sealing position between the stop and the sidewall of the container.
Abstract:
A slewing mechanism for screw closures, in particular of plastic, for containers has a drive and a torque-limiting device. It is characterized in that the torque-limiting device used is a control mechanism (19) which controls the energy supply to the drive (9) in function of the closing torque and/or in function of the angle of rotation of the closure (3) measured by an angle of rotation sensor (17). The control mechanism activates a switch device in function of the signal from a torque sensor (15) or an angle of rotation sensor (17). The signal is compared in a comparator (21) with predetermined torques or angles of rotation. The switch device can switch on, interrupt or reverse the energy supply to the motor (9). If the energy supply is reversed, the direction of rotation of the motor is reversed.
Abstract:
The proposal is for a screw closure for a container having a male thread at its aperture, especially a bottle, which has a plastic safety ring joined to the closure along a break line bridged by break-off webs which can be broken, at least in regions, when the closure is first opened, said ring having at least one counter-hook projecting from its inside. The closure is distinguished in that the safety ring (9) is continuous with at least one irreversibly deformable region (25) when the closure (1) is first opened.
Abstract:
A closure for containers has a closure top (3) which closes the mouth of the container and merges into a casing (5). The casing has a locking device, such as a screw thread, which co-operates with the outer wall of the container. The closure is characterized by a pressure-relief valve (3; 15; 5) which can be actuated by an dilatation section (15) in the casing (5) of the closure (1). Excess pressure in the container causes the dilation section to expand, whereupon the closure top (3) rises from the mouth region of the container and the excess pressure is relieved by blow-off. The excess pressure required to release the pressure-relief valve can be influenced by the shape given to the dilatation section. The dilatation section is preferably reversibly deformable, and therefore the container is tightly sealed again after the blow-off from the mouth of the container.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a container closure with a wall system including a base and a side wall and a sealing device having an axial seal co-operating with a frontal surface of the container and a sealing lip co-operating radially with an outer surface of the container to which is allocated an actuating arm. For the best possible sealing and simple construction it is proposed that the actuating arm (5) and the sealing lip (3) form a rigid rocker (18) which, for the purposes of release, has a weakened zone (17) in the wall of the container closure facilitating a swivelling movement, where the actuating arm (5) forms the axial seal (13) and coincides with the base (15).
