Abstract: A biocompatible medical component comprising • a hybrid fabric comprising i. at least one type of second fibre, and ii. at least one type of first fibre, and • a structural component, wherein the Young's modulus of said second fibre is at least 125% of the Young's modulus of the first fiber.
