Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of detecting an indication of a tightening tool (10) deteriorating in tightening performance, and a control device (21) performing the method. In a first aspect, a method of detecting an indication of a tightening tool (10) deteriorating in tightening performance is provided. The method comprises acquiring (S101) at least one set of observed values of a torque having been applied by the tightening tool (10) to an object (20) to be tightened over a first time period, determining (S102) whether or not an overshoot metric of the observed values in the at least one acquired set with respect to a target torque exceeds a predetermined overshoot threshold value, and if so providing (S103) an alert that an indication of performance deterioration of the tightening tool (10) has been detected.

Abstract: The present utility model provides a bit attachment device and a tightening module. The bit attachment device comprises an attaching sleeve, a disassembling-attaching assembly and an abutting assembly arranged in sequence. A first end of the attaching sleeve is attached to a movable rod within the tightening module via a buffer assembly, so as to synchronize with movement of the movable rod. The disassembling-attaching assembly includes an attaching shaft whose first end forms a tight fit with a second end of the attaching sleeve via a spline structure, and the second end of the attaching shaft is attached to a bit. The abutting assembly can be movably provided at a position located on an outer periphery of the second end of the attaching sleeve, so that it can abut against the attaching shaft in a radial direction, or move toward a direction away from the attaching sleeve to loosen the attaching shaft, and with the above-mentioned buffer assembly, the impact force of the structure to be locked when the bolt is installed can be mitigated. In addition, the disassembling- attaching assembly connected with the bit and the attaching sleeve are connected by the spline structure, which enables the disassembling-attaching assembly to maintain a firmly installed state when the tightening module is in use while ensuring the ease of disassembly and assembly.

Through the ventilation connection sleeve provided in the cylinder barrel, the compressed gas can directly enter the front air chamber or the rear air chamber through the ventilation hole thereon, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the size of the cylinder and the compact structure.
