    Abstract: This invention relates to a closure mechanism which prevents re-introduction of any liquid back into the container after the original product has been removed. Specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-refill fitment which prevents introduction of an insertion piece such as wire or etc. throughout the closure mechanism for allowing ball element to do its anti-refilling task.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a capping chuck assembly (1) which avoids undesirable misapplication of the closure (40) that is occurred as a result of eccentric contact between the bottom of the closure (40) and the top the associated container finish by allowing coaxial relationship between closure (40) and associated container thanks to its inner surface flexibility provided by at least two row of ball bearings (20) and at least one o-ring (30) elements urging said ball bearings (20) toward the outer surface of the closure. So, tolerance interval of the capping process is increased against eccentric position of the container finish at the higher-speed proceeding supplying line, unexpected line conditions or troubles, different dimensional tolerances and geometrical deformations of both closure (40) and container finish with respect to their theorical shapes.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a closure system (1) which provides the end purchaser with a first opening guarantee by allowing that the circumferential projections (21.2) on flat top portion (21) of the cap (20) deform permanently the top surface (31.1) of the plastic upper sleeve portion (31) after first unauthorized reclosing attempt of the closure system (1). Present invention allows permanent deformation (31.5) on top surface (31.1) of the plastic outer sleeve (30) during first unauthorized reclosing attempt, thanks to reduced top wall thickness of present plastic outer sleeve (30) through the trajectory where circumferential projections (21.2) on flat top portion (21) of the cap (20) coincide.
