Abstract: A system is disclosed for producing a mixture to deliver to a treatment site. The system can include a connector with a connector vent so that air in the connector is expellable therethrough. A multi-lumen chamber can be connected to a proximal end of the connector and include a first lumen aligned and adjacent a second lumen. The first lumen can be configured to include a first constituent in a proximal portion of the first lumen, a second constituent in a distal portion of the first lumen, and a first plunger internally positioned within the first lumen to distally move the first constituent into the distal portion to mix with the second constituent in a first state to form a first mixture. The second lumen is configured to include a third constituent and a second plunger rod internally positioned within the second to distally move the third constituent.

A plunger can be on a distal end of the second cavity. The plunger can be configured to move a first constituent from the first cavity through at least one of the plurality of ports. A plunger rod can be advanceable through the open upper proximal end of the second cavity and configured to move a second constituent from the first cavity through at least one of the plurality of ports.

Abstract: A clipping system includes a cap, a clip and a control member. The cap includes a channel extending therethrough. A proximal portion of the cap is mounted over the endoscope such that a distal portion of the cap extends distally past a distal end of an endoscope. The distal portion of the channel includes opposing surfaces therealong defining a tapered portion tapering from the distal end of the cap toward a proximal end. The clip is mounted within the cap. The clip includes jaws movably connected via hinges. At least one of the hinges is biased to move the jaws away from one another. The clip is movable relative to the cap between open and closed configurations. The control member longitudinally movable relative to the cap to move the clip between the open and closed configurations.

Abstract: A clipping system includes an adapter and a clip. The adapter is mounted over a distal end of an insertion device to a distal end and has a first annular groove formed in a distal face of the adapter. The clip has a body; a central body having a coupling portion and a ring; and jaws having outer arms coupled to the body at an outer arm proximal end and inner arms disposed radially inward of the outer arms and coupled to the ring at an inner arm proximal end. The body includes an annular protrusion extending proximally from a proximal surface of the body. The protrusion is inserted into the first groove of the adapter to couple the clip to the adapter. Movement of the central body along an axis of the clip causes movement of the jaws between an insertion configuration and a deployment configuration.

Abstract: A clipping system includes a pusher element, a holder mounted over an insertion device and clips stacked along a length of the holder. The holder includes a longitudinally channel. Each clip extends along a curvature defining a tissue-receiving space therewithin and extends about the holder with an exterior surface of the holder holding the clip open with the first and second ends of the clip separated from one another to receive a tissue therein. Each clip is independently deployable from the holder so that, upon release of the clip from the holder, the clip reverts to a closed configuration. In the closed configuration, the first and second ends are moved toward one another to reduce a size of the tissue-receiving space so that tissue is gripped therewithin. The element is mounted over the holder and moved distally along the holder to independently deploy each clips.

Abstract: A clipping system includes a cap configured to be mounted over a distal end of an endoscope. A clip mountable over the cap to move between an insertion configuration, in which first and second jaws extend over opposing portions of the cap so that the first and second jaws are separated from one another, a review configuration, in which the clip is moved distally relative to the cap so that a portion of the clip extends distally until at least a portion of the clip extends into a field of view of the optical system of an endoscope on which the cap is mounted, and a deployed configuration in which the clip is moved distally off of the clip so that the first and second jaws are drawn toward one another under the bias of the at least one hinge to close over tissue received therebetween.

A first tube extends within the first lumen, the first tube is connected to the first control device and moves between a first position, where a distalmost end of the first tube is flush with or proximal of a distalmost end of the sheath, and a second position, where the distalmost end of the first tube is positioned distal of the distalmost end of the sheath. The first slot extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sheath.

Abstract: The system can include a multi-lumen chamber can removably connected to and in fluid communication with a proximal end of a mixing lumen and include a first lumen aligned with a second lumen. A first plunger can be internally positioned within the first lumen to control flow of the first constituent from the first cavity into the mixing lumen. The first cavity can terminate in a first port in fluid communication with the proximal end of the mixing lumen. The second lumen can be configured to include a second constituent. A second plunger can be internally positioned within the second lumen. The second lumen can terminate in a second port adjacent the first port and in fluid communication with the proximal end of the mixing lumen.

The first lumen includes a first fluid in a proximal portion of the first lumen and a hydrophilic polymer in a distal portion of the first lumen, a first plunger rod within the first lumen to control flow of the first fluid into the distal portion to mix with the hydrophilic polymer in a first state to form a first mixture, and a first port. The second lumen includes a second fluid, a second plunger rod within the second lumen to distally move the second fluid and the first mixture in a second state, and a second port.
