    Abstract: The rapid deployable packaged wastewater treatment system (10) is a low-energy demanding, portable, rapidly deployable and operational wastewater treatment system utilizing a plastic vessel (44) including an aerobic pretreatment and screening chamber (40) that feeds wastewater to a moving bed biological reactor (MBBR) chamber (42). Immediately downstream from the MBBR bioreactor (42) is a secondary clarifier (34), which feeds a media polishing filtration system (26). The media polishing filtration system (26) then passes the treated water to a UV disinfection system (30). The entire fully functional system, including the plastic vessel (44) and control room (21), is self-contained in a military-approved TRICON container (12). A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (860) provides automated control of the system and monitors water levels, wastewater characteristics and system components. The container (12) has access doors (28) to the wastewater treatment control room (21).

    Abstract: The portable steel-reinforced HDPE pump station (10) includes a vertically upright, cylindrical wet well (216) fabricated from steel-reinforced plastic. Pumps (18) are disposed in the wet well (216). A pipe (28) connected to the pumps (18) extends to the outside of the wet well (216) to allow outflow of water to external systems. An access hatch (22) covers the upper portion of the wet well (216) and is arranged above grade. The remainder of the wet well (216) is disposed in the ground, below grade. Vertically disposed sliding rails (218) are attached inside the wet well (216), and extend upward from a working area of the well (216) to the top of the well (216) near the access hatch (22). A water-receiving inlet pipe (11) extends into the wet well (216), the inlet pipe (11) allowing entry of water inside the well (216).

    Abstract: The wastewater treatment system (10) provides multiple techniques for decontaminating wastewater contained within a single system, thus optimizing the decontamination of the wastewater. In one embodiment, the wastewater treatment system (10) includes a steel-reinforced plastic tank (12) having first and second partition walls (18, 50) dividing the tank (12) into first, second and third chambers (16, 22, 28). The first chamber (16) includes at least one first effluent filter (20) and further contains anaerobic bacteria for removal of organic waste material from the wastewater received therein. The first chamber (16) is configured for at least partial removal of particulate and organic matter from the wastewater. The second chamber (22) includes an air diffuser (26) and further contains aerobic bacteria for further removal of organic waste material from the wastewater received therein. The third chamber (28) includes a sludge pump assembly (142) and at least one second effluent filter. Resultant purified water is selectively discharged from the third chamber (28) through an outlet port (52).
