Abstract:
The invention concerns a complete endoprosthesis for the shoulder with a shaft (10) and an interchangeable head (20) which can be affixed to the shaft (10) and which is shaped like a mushroom head and symmetrical to a center line (M) and with a connecting side (211) for the shaft (10) constructed on the underside of the head (20), whereby the connecting side (211) of the head (20) on its underside runs in a direction not perpendicular to the center line (M) of the head (20). The head (20) can be fastened to the sh aft (10) in different positions (A, B, C, D) which turn about its axis of attachment (W).
Abstract:
A medical instrument for placing and displacing knots (200) made in surgical thread (35) during surgical operations and more particularly during operative transarthroscopic reconstruction, more particularly with a knot slider and a knot cutter, contains a cylindrical rod (50) with several holes (54), through which yarn can be drawn which slides longitudinally in a cylindrical sleeve (60).
Abstract:
The invention concerns a medical needle (20a) for inserting the thread in an end-to-end tenorrhaphy in a surgical transarthrosocopic reconstruction of a rotator cuff tear, the needle (20a) being bent in the shape of a semicircle and being flat and plane (24) on the concave inner side (V) towards the tip (21) and being provided from the tip (21), over at least a third of its length, with a wedge-shaped tip on its convex outer side (W).
