Abstract: Dans une brique crue contenant du combustible, le combustible est inclus dans le centre cependant que les zones de bord restent libres. Il est possible de cette maniere d'arriver a une concentration de combustible suffisante pour pouvoir renoncer a l'apport d'energie exterieure dans le chauffage du four tunnel. L'inclusion du combustible se fait dans une extrudeuse. On introduit le combustible au centre de la masse a extruder dans l'extrudeuse entre son alimentation et son orifice de sortie. De telles briques crues apportent un resultat remarquable du point de vue de la combustion.

Abstract: Ceramic articles of variable forms, for example tiles are fired in firing cars wherein they are stacked. The firing is effected according to the state of the art in kilns-tunnels generally heated by means of oil or gas. The use of solid fuels has the disadvantage of soiling considerably the cars. With the new cassette according to the invention, solid fuel is arranged on the bottom of the cassette (2) and the forms (3) are then set in place. The cassette according to the invention (4) and the method used for the firing provide a clean fire without soiling the kiln and without dust emission.
