Abstract:
A smart box cooler includes a cooler body and a delivery lid coupled to the liner or the cooler body. The delivery lid is adapted to close an opening that extends through the cooler body and the liner into at least one cavity of the cooler body. The smart box cooler can maintain a food safe temperature in the cavity. The cooler body or the delivery lid includes a delivery assembly with a lock mechanism, an electrically operated actuator adapted to prevent the lock mechanism from being unlocked, and a computing device. The computing device can initiate access to the cavity of the cooler body.

Various examples are provided for a modular thermoelectric apparatus. In one example, a modular thermoelectric apparatus with a thermoelectric module is removable from a lid of a thermoelectric portable cooler. In another example, a modular thermoelectric apparatus includes a housing and a thermoelectric module disposed within the housing. The housing is coupled to a lower fan shroud with a warm air inlet and a cold air outlet. The housing is adapted to be removably coupled to a lid or a sidewall of a portable cooler.

A container lid can include: a body having an opening formed therethrough and a thread pattern formed thereon for mating the container lid to a container; a cap rotatably coupled to the body, the cap configured to rotate between a sealed position in which the cap seals the opening and a released position in which the cap does not seal the opening; a button disposed on the body, the button configured to release the cap from the sealed position, causing rotation of the cap to the released position, upon activation of the button; and a locking mechanism operably coupled to the button, the locking mechanism configured to linearly translate in a horizontal direction with respect to the body between a locked position in which the locking mechanism prevents the activation of the button and an unlocked position in which the locking mechanism allows the activation of the button.
Abstract:
A flexible liner has a planar base and multiple sides extending up from the planar base. The base and sides of the flexible liner define a cavity for receiving foodstuffs or other items. The flexible liner is generally dimensioned to fit within a cavity of a flexible container bag, such as a soft-sided cooler, duffle bag, gym bag or reusable grocery tote bag. The flexible liner provides increased rigidity and durability for the flexible container bag. While manual force deforms the flexible liner from its original shape, the liner is elastic and has shape memory such than when the force is removed, the liner will return to its original shape. The liner is made from a viscoelastic polymer material. Further, the liner can be attached to or configured to be removable from the flexible container bag.

A combination high visibility safety vest and hydration bladder system includes a vest having a pouch along its back side capable or receiving and holding a bladder portion of the hydration bladder system. The pouch includes raised inserts along its exterior to raise portions of the pouch away from the user's back. The vest also includes a background material made of a daytime-visible fluorescent color and nighttime and light reflective material positioned thereon to increase the visibility of the user to others. The vest includes tear-away straps and seams to increase the safety of the user if the vest is entangled. The hydration bladder system includes a bladder that can be filled with fluid in an insulated pouch. The hydration bladder system provides hydration to the user by way of tubing coupled on one end to the bladder and on the other end to a mouthpiece.

A cooler and digital audio console combines the benefits of a digital audio player and a cooler in one container. The cooler and digital audio console includes a cooler body having an interior cooler body, insulation surrounding the cooler body, and an exterior layer surrounding the insulation. The cooler includes a lid that has a removable and adjustable audio console housing. The audio console housing includes one or more speakers and a control panel for providing power and control features for the audio feed being emitted by a digital audio player. The audio console housing also includes a integration device, such as a docking port or headphone jack for connecting a digital audio player to the audio console housing. The audio console housing can be adjusted to different angles to direct the speakers towards the listening audience, or being removed from the cooler and positioned closer to the audience.
