Abstract:
A cartesian coordinates robot which comprises first tables (103, 104) juxtaposed with a spacing therebetween, first moving bodies (111, 115) provided on the first tables and adapted to be guided and moved along the first tables, a second table (102), one end of which is connected to a first moving body provided on one of the first tables and the other of which is connected to a first moving body provided on the other of the first tables, and connecting members (118f, 118g) having a rigidity along a direction of movement of the first moving bodies and an elasticity in a direction along the length of the second table and connecting ends of the second table to the first moving bodies.
Abstract:
A spindle device capable of obtaining the highly accurate rotation with less fluctuations of a shaft used in a lathe or the like, in which a hydrostatic fluid bearing is formed between a housing (54) rotatably supporting a spindle (21) and the spindle (21), a pulley (28) is rotatably provided on a bearing (75) around the periphery of a bracket (74) secured to the housing (54), and which is so constructed that it transmits only rotation to the spindle (21) through keys (81a), (81b) made of an elastic material and a key (82a) made of rigid material, thereby ensuring that the rotation of the spindle is not influenced so as to produce a highly accurate rotation even when the tension of a belt applied to the pulley (28) varies.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The method includes feeding component (8) accommodated in component storage spaces (9c) of a tape base (9a) to a predetermined position, lowering a nozzle (7) capable of sucking the component supplied to the predetermined position, stopping the nozzle (7) with a predetermined distance from an upper surface of the tape base, pushing an undersurface of the component up when the nozzle is at a bottom dead center or a position adjacent to the center, vacuum-sucking the component by the nozzle at the bottom dead center or the position adjacent to the center, and moving the component sucked by the nozzle to a predetermined position of a board after the vacuum-sucking. The storage space (9c) or the nozzle (7) has an extra air inlet to improve the suction of the micro component (8).
Abstract:
A part supplying device which moves tape parts along the part supply guide and supply them one by one in predetermined positions to mount them on a printed board. The device is provided with a magnet (28a) near a slit (15) of the part supplying guide (2) at which a covering tape (1b) is stripped off so that the magnet (28a) magnetically attracts parts to prevent them from being pulled together with the tape (1b) when the tape (1b) is stripped off. Therefore, the device can quickly and safely supply parts.
Abstract:
Phenylamidinothiophene derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, (wherein R and R may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen, halo, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkoxy), useful for preventing and/or treating inflammatory diseases.
