Disclosed is a device for generating simulated solar light, wherein a switching system is adopted that makes it possible to provide a larger amount of power, that makes it possible to measure the I-V characteristic of a solar battery accurately and with high efficiency, and that makes it possible to increase the time for which arc discharge of a lamp is maintained. Power is supplied to a double-layer accumulator and power control circuit (20) from a charging power source (12) connected with a mains power source (11), and charging is performed by charging control by a control circuit (70). Then, when charging of the double-layer accumulator and power control circuit (20) is completed, a flash lamp (50) is switched on by charging a smoothing capacitor (38) with a prescribed voltage, using the control circuit (70) to control a switching-type power source voltage boosting circuit (30).

By this means, it is possible to prevent detection of watermark verification code constituting a watermark by means of collusion attack.

[PROBLEM] A manufacturing method for a bag in which two closing cords are provided at the opening part thereof, wherein, by means of a mechanical method, part of each of a first handle part and a second handle part exceed the width of the bag and protrude from front and rear tubular parts for the insertion of a cord. [SOLUTION] With one end of a thermoplastic resin sheet serving as a free end and the other end serving as a closed end, after a step in which notch parts are punched out, a tubular part for the insertion of a cord is formed, through which a first cord and a second cord, forming a pair of front and rear cords, are inserted. The first cord, which is exposed at the notch part between two adjacent bags, is fused at a prescribed location between an open end part of the tubular part for the insertion of a cord of the subsequent bag and an extension line of a virtual bag side-edge line S, and in the same manner the second cord is fused at a prescribed location between the open end part of the tubular part for the insertion of a cord of the preceding bag and the extension line of the virtual bag side-edge line, the cords are cut and the sheet is fusion-cut along the virtual bag side-edge line.
