Abstract: The aim of the invention is to provide an omega ultrasonic welding machine (1) for welding a number of metal workpieces (16), said welding machine connecting a solar collector to an absorbing sheet (2) and to a pipeline system (4), which conducts liquid when used, by means of an ultrasonic welding process such that the active surface of the solar collector is not deformed, destroyed, or otherwise damaged. This is achieved in that in addition to a first sonotrode (8a), at least one further sonotrode (8b) is provided on a track that runs parallel to the track of the first sonotrode (8a).

Abstract: Eine Omega-Ultraschallschweißmaschine (1) zum Verschweißen einer Anzahl von metallischen Werkstücken (16) soll einen Solarkollektor mit einem Absorberblech (2) und einem in der Anwendung flüssigkeitsführenden Rohrleitungssystem (4) durch einen Ultraschall-Schweißvorgang derart verbinden, dass die wirksame Oberfläche des Solarkollektors nicht verformt, zerstört oder anderweitig beeinträchtigt wird. Dazu ist zusätzlich zu einer ersten Sonotrode (8a) mindestens eine weitere Sonotrode (8b) auf einer zur Laufbahn der ersten Sonotrode (8a) parallel verlaufenden Laufbahn vorgesehen.
