The present invention relates to an ink-curing system and to a method for manufacturing method thereof.same. The ink-curing system includes: at least one laser generator for generating lasers having different wavelength bands and having selectivity in a the depth direction with respect to a plurality of layers so as to cure the plurality of layers which are printed in order to form multi-ple layers on a substrate along a the thickness direction of the substrate; and a controller for controlling an operation of the laser generator. Thus, although the printed layers are formed as the multi-multiple layers, acuring time, a curing degree, and strength may be efficiently adjusted to significantly reduce defects in printing quality as compared to an ink-curing system of the related art. In addition, the curing time may be reduced to reduce a tacttakt time, thereby improving productivity.

The present invention relates to a composition for activating a GABAA benzodiazepine receptor containing phloroglucinol, phlorotannin or a brown algae extract as an active ingredient. The brown algae extract has an affinity to a GABAA benzodiazepine receptor, and safety can be obtained without causing side effects because a material obtained from a natural substance is used. Phloroglucinol, phlorotannin or a brown algae extract can be utilized in a pharmaceutical composition for anti-anxiety, anti-convulsion, sedation and insomnia treatment or a food composition for anxiety alleviation, convulsion reduction, and sleep induction and improvement as an active ingredient.

The present invention relates to a method for operating a prepaid taxi service. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for operating a prepaid taxi service to be executed by a prepaid taxi management server which is connected to a user PC, to an Internet payment system, and to a system for providing taxi service over an Internet-based network. The method comprises the following steps: (a) enabling a user intending to use a prepaid taxi service to search for, select, and input a departure point and a destination; (b) searching for the optimum path between the inputted departure point and the destination, providing the searched for optimum path to the user, and calculating the travel distance according to the searched for optimum path; (c) calculating a taxi fare for the calculated travel distance; and (d) enabling the user to pay the taxi fare calculated in step (c) via a payment system provided over the Internet.

The present invention includes receiving a downmix signal generated from plural channel signal and spatial information indicating attribute of the plural channel signal to upmix the downmix signal; obtaining inter-channel phase difference (IPD) coding flag indicating whether IPD value is used to the spatial information from header of the spatial information; obtaining IPD mode flag based on the IPD coding flag from the frame of the spatial information, the IPD mode flag indicating whether the IPD value is used to a frame of the spatial information; obtaining the IPD value of parameter band of parameter time slot in the frame, based on the IPD mode flag; smoothing the IPD value by modifying the IPD value by using IPD value of previous parameter time slot; and generating plural channel signal by applying the smoothed IPD value to the downmix signal.

The present invention relates to a conductive polymer transparent electrode and a method of fabricating the same, and fabricates the transparent electrode by laminating conductive polymer particles on a substrate using an electrostatic spray printing method. According to the present invention, the substrate is placed on a substrate holder, a mask pattern is formed on a surface of the substrate, and then a conductive polymer ink is filled in a capillary, which is placed upward the mask pattern, and voltage is applied to the conductive polymer ink in the capillary, in a state that the substrate holder is grounded. Thus, said conductive ink is induced toward said substrate, so that said conductive polymer particles are laminated on a surface of said substrate to form the transparent electrode, wherein said conductive polymer ink is sprayed from said capillary, with concentrating electric field at the end of said capillary. The present invention may easily fabricate the transparent electrode on even a plastic substrate, and provides the conductive polymer transparent electrode having excellent property enough to compete with the existing metal oxide transparent electrodes.

The present invention is a method and an apparatus for processing an encoding signal capable of compressing and decompressing an audio signal at high efficiency. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an audio signal processing method is provided that includes discerning whether the coding type of an audio signal is a music signal coding type or not by using a first type information, discerning whether the coding type of the audio signal is a speech signal coding type or a mixed signal coding type by using a second type information, if the coding type of the audio signal is not a music signal coding type, extracting spectral data and linear prediction coefficients from the audio signal; if the coding type of the audio signal is a mixed signal coding type, generating a residual signal for linear prediction by performing Inverse Fourier Transform on the spectral data, decompressing the audio signal by linear prediction coding the linear prediction coefficients and the residual signal, and decompressing a high frequency area signal by using an extended base signal which is a partial area of the decompressed audio signal and bandwidth extension information. The method of the present invention enables a wide variety of audio signal types to be encoded and decoded at high efficiency.
