The present invention relates to a linear compressor, and a method for controlling the same, in which pistons (54, 64) are provided on opposites sides of a mover (42) for operating a first compression unit (50) and a second compression unit (60) respectively, such that compression volumes of the first compression unit (50) and the second compression unit (60) are proportional to strokes of the mover, permitting to make easy control of a load on the linear compressor, and enhancing compression efficiency as the mover (42) moves together with the first piston (54) and the second piston (64) without relative movement.

A plasma generation apparatus includes a cylindrical power electrode, a dielectric layer cover the circumference of the power electrode, an auxiliary plasma (AP) earth electrode, a gas flow portion for providing a reaction gas, and a power controller controlling RF power supplied to the power electrode, and auxiliary plasma is maintained between the power electrode and the AP earth electrode while the apparatus operates. The apparatus can generate plasma at low temperature under atmospheric pressure and provide stable plasma using auxiliary plasma. Particularly, even if highfrequency power whose power supply is not stable is used, auxiliary plasma functions as stable plasma source, thereby generating glow plasma uniformly applied to wide area.

The control method of the digital broadcast receiver includes receiving a broadcast signal into which mobile service data and main service data are multiplexed, extracting TPC signaling information and FIC signaling information from a data group in the received mobile service data, acquiring a program table defining a mapping relation between each of all ensembles transmitted at a physical frequency and at least one virtual channel corresponding to the ensemble, using the extracted FIC signaling information, and detecting IP address information required for channel tuning to the at least one virtual channel corresponding to the ensemble, using the acquired program table.

The present invention relates to a transmitting system, a receiving system, and a broadcasting signal processing method. The receiving system comprises a tuner, a demodulator, a block decoder, an RS frame decoder, and a service manager. The tuner includes mobile service data, a service map table (SMT) for signaling access information of the mobile service data, and multiple base data columns, and the mobile service data and SMT receive a broadcasting signal packetized in the RS frame. The demodulator demodulates the received broadcasting signal. The block decoder turbo-decodes the mobile service data and SMT, which are included in the demodulated broadcasting signal, by block units. The RS frame decoder forms an RS frame which includes turbo-decoded mobile service data and SMT, performs a 1st CRC decoding process and an RS decoding process for the RS frame, and performs a 2nd CRC decoding process for the RS frame which is decoded through the 1st CRC decoding process and the RS decoding process. The service manager obtains source IP address information of an IP datagram of the mobile service data decoded in the RS frame, from a service map table.

A two stage reciprocating compressor includes a casing. A first compressing unit is disposed in the casing and includes a first piston and a first cylinder, the first compressing unit being driven by a reciprocating motor to linearly reciprocate the first piston in the first cylinder to suck in and compress gas. A second compressing unit is disposed in the casing and includes a second piston and a second cylinder, the second compressing unit being driven by vibration of the first compressing unit to linearly reciprocate the second piston in the second cylinder to suck in and compress gas. A vibration transfer member transfers the vibration from the first compressing unit to the second compressing unit. The first and second compressing units extend in parallel and face toward each other.

A digital broadcast receiving system and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The method a method for controlling a digital broadcast receiving system includes the steps of receiving a broadcast signal having mobile service data and main service data multiplexed therein, extracting transmission parameter channel (TPC) signaling information and fast information channel (FIC) signaling information from a data group within the received mobile service data, acquiring a program table, by using the IP signaling channel within an ensemble included in the received broadcast signal, and controlling the system to create a list of channels mapped with all ensembles transmitted through at least one physical frequency, by using the acquired program table.
