Abstract:
The twist-dampening handle of a tennis racket consists of shell mould encasement (5) of tennis racket (1a), which is wrapped in grip tape (8) and is positioned on inner shaft (2) with centering pin (3) in which space (11) is created between shell mould encasement (5) and inner shaft (2) for at least two equalizing fillers (10) made of elastic material, wherein the front part of shell mould encasement (5) is seated on shaft (2) of tennis racket (1a) by means of a stiffening arrangement of a suitable shape and, on the end of encasement (5), centering plug (6) is inserted and rotationally fitted into opening (13) onto centering pin (3), located at the end of shaft (2), in order to provide rotational movement inside the opening of plug (6) and, at the same time, secure the axial alignment between shaft (2) and twist-dampening encasement (5).
