Abstract: The present invention relates generally to electric power and process heat generation using a modular, compact, transportable, hardened nuclear generator rapidly deployable and retrievable, comprising power conversion and electric generation equipment fully integrated within a single pressure vessel housing a nuclear core. The resulting transportable nuclear generator does not require costly site-preparation, and can be transported fully operational. The transportable nuclear generator requires an emergency evacuation area substantially reduced with respect to other nuclear generators as it may be configured for operation with a melt-proof conductive ceramic core which allows decay heat removal even under total loss of coolant scenarios.

Abstract: Provided is a semi-continuous fermentation method of a rhamnolipid producing microorganism to produce rhamnolipids. The fermentation may be run as a batch process but at the end of the fermentation, at least about 70% of the fermentation medium comprising one or more rhamnolipids is drawn out and the new culture medium (feedstock) is fed in as a replacement. This process may be repeated for at least about one month without having to sacrifice RL yield and titer. It allows the fermenter to be utilized at a higher capacity with less downtime for clean-up compared to batch and fed batch fermentation strategies.

Abstract: A method for detecting and manipulating a malicious actor/communication on a computer network or system. The method includes the steps of incorporating one or more synthetic vulnerabilities into the computer system at distinct locations, where each synthetic vulnerability presents an opportunity for exploitation by a malicious actor/communication, detecting an exploitation of one of the vulnerabilities by an actor, analyzing the actor to determine if the actor is a malicious actor/communication; and manipulating the malicious actor/communication. A computer program on a storage medium is also disclosed.
