Abstract:
An exhaust gas/liquid heat exchanger (300), in particular, a heat regenerator in a condensing boiler (200). The heat exchanger (300) comprises vessels (305, 306, 307, 308) for the water to be heated which are detached from one another. The vessels (305, 306, 307, 308) are located inside a general container (320) which has walls such as to oblige the exhaust gases to touch the walls of such vessels (305, 306, 307, 308).
Abstract:
An air/gas premix burner (110), comprising: a fan (112) for sending the air/gas mixture to a combustion head (TC); a gas valve (114) for regulating admission of the combustible gas,- an air /gas mixer (111), which comprises a device for localized loss of pressure (HlA); and a combustion head (TC). The premix burner (110) is characterized in that the air /gas mixer (111) comprises at least two channels (CH1, CH2) for mixing the air with the gas; in addition, a channel (CH1) is provided with an open/close element (130) designed to regulate the flow rate of the mixture.
Abstract:
An air/gas premix burner (10) comprising: a fan (12) for sending the air/gas mixture towards a combustion head (TC); a gas valve (14) for regulating the introduction of combustible gas; an air/gas mixer (11) which comprises a localized pressure loss device (11A); and a combustion head (TC). The air/gas mixer (11) comprises two channels (CH1, CH2), only one of the channels being provided with two hinged flaps designed to open and close for regulating the flow rate of the mixture.

Abstract:
Heat exchanger (10), in particular for condensing boilers (100), comprising two components assembled to each other: - a main body (11), and - a container (13). The heat exchanger (10) characterized in that the main body (11) is formed as a single piece, and presents a first plurality of channels (15) for the passage of exhaust gases according to a first direction (F1), and a second plurality of ducts (18) for the passage of water whose pathlines run according to second directions (F2). In addition, the second plurality of ducts (18) is arranged as a labyrinth, and in such a way that the second directions (F2) of water pathlines are substantially perpendicular to the first direction (F1) of the exhaust gas.
Abstract:
A boiler (1;20) comprising a fan (2), an air-gas premixing burner (3), a combustion chamber (4) faced by a combustion head (11) of the burner (3) and a heat exchanger (5; 21) comprising a plurality of tubes (6; 22) in which the water of a heating system runs. The heat exchanger (5; 21) comprises cooling tubes (6a; 22a) arranged in contact either directly or with the interposition of an element (17) formed by high heat conducting material, with a diffuser (15) of the burner (3).
