Abstract:
The invention relates to a novel floor structure for civil or industrial buildings, which comprises a composite-type insulating panel (2) onto which a concrete slab (3) is cast. hi addition to providing the floor structure with good thermal insulation, the panel (2) can also be advantageously used as a formwork for concrete, thereby allowing to lay down the floor structure easily. The invention also comprises a method for laying down the floor structure, as well as a specifically conceived insulating panel (2).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a panel (1) for floors of civil and industrial buildings or the like, wherein a central core (2) made of plastic expanded material is interposed between two outer faces (3, 4); the latter are preferably made of metal or plastic sheet or another appropriate material, and allow to provide the panel with good mechanical properties, thus eliminating the need of inserting metal sections therein acting as reinforcing structural elements.
Abstract:
A panel comprising at least one covering sheet supporting a mineral wool blanket consisting of a plurality of side-by-side strips (6) having their longitudinal axis parallel to the panel axis and their fibres orientated perpendicular to the surface of the covering sheet, characterised in that the strips are offset in accordance with a pseudo-random arrangement.
Abstract:
A novel method for the production of insulating panels (20) is described, wherein, a quick-reaction, expandable polyurethane resin (13) is sprayed onto a strip (4), after the sprayed resin (13) has expanded, further resin (17) is applied normally in the liquid condition, thus forming the insulating core of the panels. The invention also relates to the apparatus with which the method is implemented.
Abstract:
A deep ribbed composite thermoinsulating panel, comprising a metal outer facing (2) and a metal inner facing (4) between which an insulating layer (6) of expanded material is interposed, and also comprising on the outer facing (2) a female rib (12) provided along one longitudinal edge, and a male rib (14) provided along the opposite longitudinal edge and containing a longitudinal groove (22) engageable by a bent edge (16) of the female rib (12) of the adjacent panel, characterised in that: the female rib (12) comprises a longitudinal undercut (18) facing said bent edge (16), the male rib (14) presents a continuous longitudinal cut-away part (24) bounded externally by a bent edge (26) of said outer facing (2), and the male rib (14) comprises a plurality of elastic plates (30) distributed in the direction of its length and possessing a tooth for their coupling to the undercut (18) of the female rib (12) of the adjacent panel.
Abstract:
A deep ribbed sandwich panel (1) comprising at least one shaped metal sheet (3, 3', 4) with ribs (2), and a layer of insulating material (5) consisting of mineral wool fibres, characterised in that the ribs (2) are filled with at least one mineral fibre strip having a shape complementary to that of the shaped edge of the ribs.
