Abstract: A drumhead that is removably fitted onto a drum shell and seated in a rubber ring to create a seal to form a percussion instrument is disclosed. The percussion instrument thus formed does not require any hardware, rope, or adhesives applying tension to hold the drumhead to the drum shell to create a normal percussive sound.
