摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a buckle (10) or a strap adjustment system (110) for connecting two ends or portions of a fabric (36) and comprising at least one connecting element (12; 112). The fabric (36) has a shaped slot (38) defining edge portions (40) of such fabric (36). The method includes the following operations: a) preparing the connecting element (12; 112); b) forming, by overmoulding plastics material onto the connecting element (12; 112), a support portion (18) comprising a central region (20) overmoulded onto the connecting element (12; 112) and a perimetric region (22); c) inserting the connecting element (12; 112) into the slot (38); d) superimposing the perimetric region (22) on the edge portions (40); and e) radio frequency welding the perimetric region (22) to the edge portions (40). The present invention also relates to a buckle (10) and a strap adjustment system (110) which can be produced by such method.

摘要： What is described is a buckle structure comprising a female part (12; 212) and a male part (14; 214), each having means (22; 24', 24"; 222; 224', 224") for connection to corresponding elements of articles of clothing or accessories to be fastened or coupled together. The female part (12; 212) is provided with a cavity for the insertion of an axial tab formation (30; 230) carried by the male part (14; 214), which has transverse seats (36a, 36b; 236a, 236b) on its opposite lateral edges (34a, 34b; 234a, 234b) for engagement by fastening members (72) of an operating mechanism (40; 240) associated with the female part (12; 212), these fastening members (72) comprising a pair of teeth located on opposite sides of a longitudinal direction of coupling of the buckle, which form between them a transverse aperture (74) for the insertion of the tab formation (30; 230). The buckle comprises button-like release members (42; 242) connected to the fastening members (72) and operable manually by pressing in a direction transverse to the buckle to disengage the fastening members (72) from the seats (36a, 36b; 236a, 236b) of the tab formation (30; 230), in which the fastening members (72) and the release members (42; 242) act in coinciding or parallel transverse directions, so that the simultaneous pressing of the buttons (42; 242) towards each other causes the fastening teeth (72) to move away from the engagement seats (36a, 36b; 236a, 236b) on the tab formation (30; 230).
