    摘要: A packaging divider 10 is produced from a sheet element 12 with an axis 18 by making spaced slits 20 along the axis 18, folding the sheet 12 to form elongate apexes 28,30 that extend perpendicular to the axis 18 and pass midway through the slits 20, applying adhesive 32 to the facing inside surfaces of each apex 28,30 to attach the facing inside surfaces together, and folding the sheet element 12 along its axis 18 to form a three dimensional package divider 10, with parts of the apexes 28,30 protruding outwardly on both sides of the axis 18 to form protuberances 36. The resilience of at least one side of each protuberance 36 causes it to curve between its apex 28,30 and zones 34 that are generally coplanar with the axis 18 and the curvature of the protuberance 36 provides structural strength.

    摘要: A cardboard material casket (10) includes a body (14), lid (50), transverse triangular beams (27) and an insert (90). The body (14) comprising of double layered and laminated unit consisting of an outer liner (11) and an inner liner (20) with a couple of transverse, triangular beams (27) evenly spread along the side panels (16) and bottom panel (15) of the casket arrangement (10) in the first configuration. The insert (90) is made from leak resistant material and fits inside the casket body (14). The lid (50) fits over the open side (16) and end panels (25) of the open-ended casket arrangement (10) in the first configuration. For reduced shipping and storage costs, the side panels (16) are folded and touch the back part of the bottom panel (15) of the casket arrangement (10) in the second arrangement. The end panels (25) are folded inwards and touch the Inner side of the bottom panel (15) of the casket in the second configuration. The lid (50) to be placed upside down and the side (16) and end panels (25) in the casket arrangement (10) of the second configuration is placed Inside the lid (50) and tied for shipping and storage purposes. For better weight distribution of the casket contents, there are handholds (80) spaced off-centre, on the side panels (16) as well as a handhold (62) on the end panel (25) of the casket In the first configuration.

    摘要: An outer structural element (10) and Inner support structure (30) (with Its tri-angular support structures (41)) are connected to each other by means of an adhesive. The combined sheet elements are folded along crease lines (12), (31) and (47) to a 90° orientation along the said crease lines. When longitudinal panels (16) are secured to end panels (38) a rigid loadbearing structure in all directions is achieved to carry heavy weighted material matter over a two (2) meter pivot span without bulging or buckling the total unit.
