Abstract: A multimer protein molecule comprising at least a first amino acid sequence having substantially the sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2 and a second amino acid sequence having substantially the sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2, and a third sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2. The molecule is also mutated in the amino acid region corresponding to loop 1, so that is hypoallergenic. The molecule can be utilized for medical use as a hypoallergenic agent.
