摘要:
An improved multi-layer composite getter is disclosed, as well as a method for its manufacturing and electrochemical devices for energy storage that employ said multi - layer getter composites.
摘要:
A process for manufacturing micromechanical devices is described, said devices being formed by joining two parts together by direct bonding, one of the parts (12) being made of silicon and the other one being made of a material chosen between silicon and a semiconductor ceramic or oxidic material, such that the joint between the two parts forms a cavity (14) containing the functional elements of the device (11), possible auxiliary elements and a getter material deposit (13).
摘要:
An evacuated jacket for thermal insulation comprises a discontinuous or porous, organic or inorganic filling material arranged inside an envelope made with at least one multi-layer barrier sheet (1) of substantially rectangular shape, which comprises at least one polymeric or inorganic central layer (2) having barrier properties towards atmospheric gases, an upper layer (4) and a lower layer (3), both of a polymeric material. The polymeric material which forms said upper layer (4) and the polymeric material which forms said lower layer (3) of the barrier sheet (1) are mutually heat-sealable and said barrier sheet (1) is folded up so as to superimpose two opposite sides (5, 6) thereof which are welded to each other by melting said upper layer (4) at one margin (6) and said lower layer (3) at the other margin (5). The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing said evacuated jacket for thermal insulation.
摘要:
A multilayer composite getter, a method for its manufacturing and electrochemical devices for energy storage employing said multilayer composite getters are described.
摘要:
A porous housing (1) with a wire (2) is arranged inside a vacuum panel with a porous filling material (5) and barrier sheets (6). Rheophores (lead-in wires) (7, 7') consist of thermoplastic polymer tapes (9) and aluminium tapes (8). Pins (10, 11) with clamps (13, 14) are used for connections. This for measuring vacuum in short times and without wasting the vacuum panel.
摘要:
Thermal insulating vessel comprising a double wall container (1, 2, 3; 10, 11) and one or more evacuated panels (6, 7, 8; 12, 13) inserted into the interspace between the two walls (1, 2; 10, 11) of said container. At least one of the evacuated panels (6, 7, 8; 12, 13) preferably comprises an envelope enclosing a very fine powder of an inert material, in particular powder of pyrogenic silica.
摘要:
A flexible multi-layer getter with a gas-permeable layer covering a gas reservoir layer. In an embodiment, the gas-permeable layer covers part of the gas reservoir layer. In another embodiment, a barrier covers part of the gas reservoir layer. The barrier may include a foil substrate, a passivation layer, or a gas-permeable layer.

A flexible multi-layer getter (100) with a gas permeable layer (102) covering a gas reservoir layer (104). In an embodiment, the gas- permeable layer (102) covers part of the gas reservoir layer (104). In another embodiment, a barrier (106) covers part of the gas reservoir layer (104). The barrier may include a foil substrate, a passivation layer, or a gas-permeable layer.
摘要:
Vacuum panel comprising a discontinous or porous filling mateiral (5) enclosed between at least two barrier sheets (6) mutually joined along the edges, between which are gas-tightly arranged one or more rheophores (7, 7') suitable for electrically powering at least one device (1,2,3,3',4,4') arranged inside the vacuum panel, in particular a sensor for measuring the pressure (P) of the residual gases in the panel itself.
