Abstract: The invention relates to a plug connector socket for data and communication technology fixedly disposed in a socket housing (22). A circuit board (24) is further fixedly disposed in said socket housing (22), to which the socket (14) is connected. In order to compensate for installation tolerances, the circuit board (24) is designed having edge connector contacts (26) and can thereby be inserted in an edge connector socket (28) of a device circuit board (12).
