Abstract: The present invention is directed broadly to a mounting assembly (500) of a height safety system. The mounting assembly (500) broadly comprises: 1. a body defining a cavity (522) adapted to receive a raised portion of a roof, the body including a pair of separable side portions (502) and (504) configured for sliding engagement for interlocking with one another wherein the cavity (522) includes an enlarged end portion for receiving an enlarged end portion of the raised roof portion, and a relatively narrow neck portion for receiving a neck portion of the raised roof portion and being configured on interlocking of the separable side portions (502) and (504) to prevent removal of the mounting assembly 500 from the raised roof portion; 2. one or more anchor fasteners arranged to engage the body at (518) for both: a) mounting of a roof anchor of the height safety system to the mounting assembly (500); and b) interengagement of the pair of separable side portions (502) and (504) to prevent sliding movement of said side portions (502) and (504) relative to one another.

Abstract: A link coupling associated with an anchor member anchored within a structure, and a method of testing the anchor member, said link coupling mounted to the anchor member and configured to be releasably linked by a fixing tester which applies a pull-out force to the anchor member via the link coupling thereby testing the holding power of the anchor member within the structure. The link coupling has a pair of opposing annular flanges that form a channel, and is configured for releasable engagement with a fixing tester.
