Abstract: The present invention refers to the microencapsulation of substances in stable liposomes of natural phospholipids for obtaining hyperimmune serum as the result of a formulation with less toxicity and increased immnunogenicity. More particularly, the present invention refers to stabilized liposomes containing poisons of animals, its process of obtainment and uses thereof for obtaining hyperimmune sera used in the treatment of accidents involving venom animals bites.
