Abstract: A connecting device, in which respective lead wires can be simultaneously connected to respective terminal strips in a state where a plurality of lead wires are kept connected in a fan motor or a wiper motor of a vehicle such as a car. A plurality of lead wire inserting chambers (16) are formed in a lead wire holder (10), and a plurality of lead wire mounting grooves (17) are opened in the side wall (11) of the holder (10). Connecting terminals (19) are fixed to the ends of the respective lead wires (18), connecting terminals (19) fixed to the ends of the respective lead wires (18) are inserted into the lead wire inserting chambers (16), and the respective lead wires (18) are mounted in the lead wire mounting grooves (17), so that the respective lead wires (18) are held by the holder (10).
