Abstract: A telescopic multistage lifter (1) is disclosed comprising a fixed tubular element (2) closed at one end by a flange (3) and a number of mobile tubular elements (4, 6, 8), each closed at one end by a respective flange (5, 7, 9) and arranged coaxial one inside the other and within the fixed tubular element (2). Screw like means (10, 11, 12) are connected to each one of the flanges (5, 7, 9) of the mobile tubular elements (4, 6, 8) belonging to a corresponding kinematic chain (C1, C2, C3) coupled to a motorized unit (13), which are suitable for telescopically and simultaneously extracting each mobile tubular element (4, 6, 8) from the matching tubular element which contains it.
