Abstract:
The present invention integrates a motor stator (400) with a position sensor (200) through a novel attachment ring (600). Electrical connections to the integrated device are through terminals that pass through the position sensor housing. The stator (400) is preferably overmolded, though other suitable forms of encapsulation are contemplated. The attachment ring (600) is preferably ultrasonically bonded to the sensor (200) during manufacture, prior to insertion of the motor armature. Other methods of attachment are contemplated, and various types of motors and sensors are also contemplated.
Abstract:
This invention relates to processes for producing various t-butyl phenols, such as 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol and ortho-tert-butyl phenol, by selectively reacting phenol or a substituted phenol with an isobutylene-containing C4 raffinate stream. The 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol and ortho-tert-butyl phenol can be transalkylated to form other tert-butyl phenols, such as para-tert-butyl phenol, 2,4-di-tert-butyl phenol.
Abstract:
The modular wrench 10 with extendible shank includes at least one stubby wrench head segment having either an open end 20 or a box end 22 wrench head, and a truncated shank 24 extending from the wrench head 20, 22. A short connector sleeve 16 having sockets 26 defined in both ends that frictionally receive the truncated shank 24 of the wrench head segment 20, 22 is provided so that two wrench heads 20, 22 may be attached to opposite ends of the sleeve 16 to form an open end wrench, a box end wrench, or a combination wrench of standard size. Two elongated extension bars, e.g., a six-inch 28, and a ten-inch bar 30, are provided, each extension bar 28, 30 having a stub 36 projecting from one end that frictionally fits into the connector sleeve 16, and a socket 34 defined in the opposite end that frictionally receives either the truncated shank 24 of the wrench head 10 or the stub 36 of the other extension bar.
Abstract:
A container for articles, comprising a rear panel (12), a pair of inwardly extending front flaps (30) foldably connected to the sides of the rear panel, an upwardly extending front panel (34) foldably connected to the bottom of the rear panel, and a cover panel (38) foldably connected to the top of the rear panel. The cover panel extending in a closed position over the front panel and being adapted to be releasably connected in such closed position. At least one of the front flaps has an opening (31) therein for removably receiving a film cartridge therein. A first compartment is defined by the front flaps, rear panel and front panel for receiving film cartridges, photgraphs or the like, and a second compartment is defined between the front panel and the front flaps for receiving prints, negatives or the like. The front panel is releasably connected to the front flaps.

Abstract:
A container for articles, comprising a rear panel (12), a pair of foldably connected front flaps (30) extending laterally inwardly over the rear panel in spaced relation thereto, a foldably connected front panel (34) extending upwardly over the front flaps, and a foldably connected cover panel (38) extending in a closed position downwardly over the front panel. The rear panel, front flaps and front panel define a first compartment for film cartridges, photographs or the like. The front flaps and the front panel define between the overlapped portions thereof a second compartment for negatives or the like. The front panel is releasably connected to the front flaps, and the cover panel can be releasably connected to the front panel when in the closed position or when the container is to be maintained in a collapsed, folded condition for shipping or storage.
