Abstract: A folding device for a computer terminal integrated with a school desk comprises a computer display frame (2), a carriage (2) for supporting data entry devices (12, 13) and an enclosure (3) mounted around a hole, provided in the school desk and corresponding to the size of the display frame (1) which has a flush (resting) position and a viewing position. When the display frame (1) is in flush position, the backside of the display frame (1) is flush with the upper surface of the school desk, thereby concealing the display and data entry devices (12, 13). When the display frame (1) is in viewing position, the user can view the display and access the data entry devices (12, 13). The different positions are obtained by folding the display frame (1) around a horizontal axle (4), whereupon a lever arm (5') lifts or lowers the carriage (2) into the viewing or flush positions, respectively.
