Ein Plattenbauelement (10) weist ein Trägerelement (11) mit einer Zwischenschicht (14) und mit zumindest einer Abdeckschicht (12) auf, wobei eine Abdeckschicht (12) auf jeweils einer Seite der Zwischenschicht (14) angeordnet ist. Ferner umfasst das Plattenbauelement (10) mehrere Kunststoffrohrleitungen (15), die mit der Abdeckschicht (12) in Kontakt sind und die ausgebildet sind, ein Temperiermedium zu transportieren. Auch zumindest ein Halteelement (16) ist vorgesehen, das Metall aufweist und ausgebildet ist, die mehreren Kunststoffrohrleitungen (15) bogenförmig zu umschließen, wobei das Halteelement (16) an zumindest einigen Enden der Bögen Befestigungselemente (17) aufweist, die derart mit dem Trägerelement (11) gekoppelt sind, dass die Befestigungselemente (17) in der Zwischenschicht (14) verankert sind, um die Kunststoffrohrleitungen (15) fixieren.

The invention relates to a panel structural member (10) comprising a support element (11) having an intermediate layer (14) and at least one cover layer (12), wherein a cover layer (12) is disposed on either side of the intermediate layer (14). In addition, the panel structural member (10) comprises a plurality of plastic conduits (15), which are in contact with the cover layer (12) and designed to transport a temperature control medium. At least one retaining element (16) is also provided, which is made of metal and designed to enclose the plurality of plastic conduits (15) in an arc shape, wherein the retaining element (16) comprises fastening elements (17) on at least some ends of the arcs, which elements are coupled to the carrier element (11) such that the fastening elements (17) are anchored in the intermediate layer (14) in order to fix the plastic conduits (15).

The present invention relates to a novel polymerisate, which is prepared by applying the method of atom transfer radical polymerisation. The novel polymerisate is useful for stabilising a composition of matter susceptible to degradation induced by light, heat or oxidation. The novel polymerisate is also useful as a dispersant in a pigment dispersion containing dispersible inorganic or organic pigment particles. Further embodiments of the invention relate to the process for preparing the novel polymerisate by applying the method of controlled or "living" polymerisation and to the use of the pigment dispersion for preparing inks, colour filters, coatings, images, lacquers and others.
