摘要: This disclosure relates to techniques for providing an artificial intelligence based framework for performing channel state information reporting in a wireless communication system. A cellular base station may provide system information for a cell to a wireless device. The system information may indicate that the cell supports artificial intelligence based channel state information reporting. The wireless device may provide wireless device capability information to the cellular base station. The capability information may indicate that the wireless device supports artificial intelligence based channel state information reporting. The wireless device may determine an artificial intelligence model to use to perform channel state information reporting with the cell, and may perform channel state information reporting using the selected artificial intelligence model.

摘要: A UE may transmit a message comprising information regarding one or more physical random access channel (PRACH) capabilities of the UE to a base station (BS). The UE may then receive, from the BS, signaling comprising an indication of one or more configured PRACH formats supporting the one or more PRACH capabilities. Next, the UE may transmit, using the one or more configured PRACH formats, one or more preambles to the BS in a random access (RACH) procedure. Accordingly, the UE may receive a random access response (RAR) from the base station and further, in response to receiving the RAR, establish a connection with the BS.

摘要: Techniques discussed herein can facilitate inter-cell interference mitigation. One example aspect is a user equipment (UE), configured to receive a network assistance indication associated with an interfering signal, where the interfering signal interferes with a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. A time resource allocation of the interfering signal is different than a time resource allocation of the PDSCH transmission. The UE is further configured to determine an interference and noise covariance estimation mechanism based on the network assistance indication then perform interference and noise covariance estimation based on the noise covariance estimation mechanism. The UE is further configured to perform mitigation of the interfering signal using a mitigation mechanism based on the interference and noise covariance estimation.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) reliability enhancement. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a processor of a UE receives, from a BS associated with a first TRP and a second TRP, a first message for configuring a PUCCH resource to be used by the UE to perform a PUCCH transmission with the BS. In this case, the first message indicates a first configuration corresponding to the first TRP and the first configuration comprises at least one power control parameter associated with the first TRP. The message further indicates a second configuration corresponding to the second TRP and the second configuration comprises at least one power control parameter associated with the second TRP. The processor performs the PUCCH transmission with the BS via the first and second TRPs based on the first message. In this way, the reliability and robustness of the PUCCH transmission for multiple TRP is enhanced.

摘要: A reduced capacity (redcap) device may perform initial uplink communications, including transmitting a redcap physical uplink control channel (R-PUCCH), over an initial uplink bandwidth part (BWP) shared with a second device, the initial uplink BWP having a bandwidth (BW) larger than a maximum BW supported by the redcap device and smaller than or equal to a maximum BW supported by the second device. Frequency hopping operation for the redcap device may be supported for the R-PUCCH transmission through frequency division multiplexing and/or time division multiplexing settings for the resources used for the R-PUCCH transmission, and for PUCCH transmission by the second device. Restrictions may be implemented to create a gap for redcap devices to perform RF retuning between a physical RACH transmission and a subsequent physical control channel (e.g. PDCCH) monitoring for random access reception when the frequency gap is larger than the maximum BW supported by the redcap device.

The operations further comprise transmitting the first CSI via the transceiver to the network with a first beam, the first CSI multiplexed with a first repetition of an uplink transmission with the first beam. The operations further comprise transmitting the second CSI via the transceiver to the network with a second beam, the second CSI multiplexed with a second repetition of the uplink transmission with the second beam.
