Abstract: A die molding structure for surface hardening treatment of chain saw guide plate includes an entire metal material, which is bigger than chain saw guide plate, according to the profile and size of chain saw guide plate adding on the size of clearance, a groove can be machined accurately by the metal material, a cooling trough on the metal material is machined as close as possible to the side of groove, and except for the entrance and the outlet, the other invalid opens are sealed, the cooling trough is used to pass cooling water or low temperature gas to lower the high temperature of the die, thus, the melt or rupture of die can be avoided, and it is easy to mold accurately the die.

Abstract: A chain saw guide plate includes a rectangular metal plate which is consisted of a body of chain saw guide plate shape and a removable part extending around said body, both surfaces revealed in the front end of body extend to a boundary between the removable part and the body, and each of arc channels is provided respectively on the both surfaces revealed in the front end of body, the bowed parts of said arc channels are frontward, a weld powder is molten and solidified in the channels to form powder structures, thus the top surface and the bottom surface of metal plate form a flat surface respectively, then the removable part is separated from the body so that said powder structures are revealed, a guide channel is provided toward inside of body between both powder structures. Thus the invention uses a powder structure of lower price, and first the powder structure is molten in the places which bear high temperature and high abrasion, then to form a guide plate of chain saw by general machining, the invention is convenient for machining of required shape, and can avoid waste for material.
