A ground improving construction method comprising the steps of inserting a spout pipe having one or more spout ports into the ground, and withdrawing the spout pipe at a predetermined speed while spouting high pressure jets of a hardening agent liquid or water containing a hardening agent through the spout ports in a predetermined direction, thereby preparing a improved body, wherein withdrawing or inserting the spout pipe causes the improved body to have a predetermined or optional radiating form.
