A method for producing a ground solidifying agent is provided. The method comprises providing (100, 101, 102) a paraffin wax, an emulsifier and water, mixing the paraffin wax, the emulsifier and the water, heating (103) the mixture, setting (105) the pH value to a pre-specified pH value by adding a pH value modifying agent, and cooling (106) a resulting compound. The invention also concerns the ground solidifying agent.

The invention is directed to stabilizing functionalized polymers and compositions containing polysaccharides and polysaccharide derivatives functionalized with amine, alkyl and/or alkyl/amine moieties, and methods for reducing swelling of soils and especially clay-containing soils with stabilization functionalized polymers and compositions of the invention. The present invention overcomes the problems and disadvantages associated with current strategies and designs and provides new tools, compositions and methods for stabilizing soils and other materials.
Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention relates to a grouting apparatus inserted into the ground so as to inject a filler and a curing agent in a mixed state, the apparatus comprising: a multistage connection-type outer pipe having an an injecting port, formed at the upper end thereof, for forcibly delivering the filler downwards and having a bit, coupled to the lower end thereof, for boring a hole in the ground; a multistage connection-type inner pipe inserted into and provided in the outer pipe, and having an injecting port, formed at the upper end thereof, for forcibly delivering the curing agent downwards, having an outlet, formed at a middle portion, for discharging the forcibly delivered curing agent to one side thereof, and having the bit, coupled to the lower end thereof, for boring the hole in the ground; a plurality of motors respectively connected to the upper ends of the outer and inner pipes by gears, and rotating the outer and inner pipes in opposite directions; and a mixer having a plurality of blades provided to the inner pipe to forcibly deliver the filler and the curing agent upwards and downwards so as to mix the same, and having a vortex space, which is formed between the blades, and in which the filler and the curing agent are stirred and mixed into a mixed material. Therefore, the present invention respectively supplies the filler and the curing agent to the outer and inner pipes and mixes the same into a gel type inside the pipes, thereby improving workability and the performance of the mixed material.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'isolation d'un sous-sol comportant une déstructuration mécanique dudit sous-sol, une injection d'un matériau isolant dans ledit sous-sol déstructuré et un mélange dudit sous-sol et dudit matériau isolant. Le matériau isolant possède une conductivité thermique strictement inférieure à une conductivité thermique du sous-sol.
