Abstract: A device (10) for washing items comprising a dishwashing machine (50) and a washing machine (80). The device (10) is characterized in that it comprises a partaking tap (RB) for feeding clean water, a partaking drain (SC) for draining discharge water, a- heating plant (90) and partaking -elements (M, 100) for operating both the dishwashing machine (50) and the washing machine (80).
