Abstract: An arrangement for cutting of roadsides is arranged to be conveyed by a vehicle, which vehicle is movable on a roadway in a chosen direction of travel. The arrangement comprises a unit which is adjustable into different positions relative to the ground which is to be cut. The unit includes a cutting tool (2) facing towards the direction of travel with a cutting edge (3), which cuts the ground to an adjusted depth. In front of the cutting tool is situated a rotatably driven scarifier (5) having a plurality of tearing elements (9) which tear up the ground to a predetermined depth relative to the cutting tool's adjusted depth. Situated behind the cutting tool is a collecting drum (7), in which a conveyor is positioned and arranged to laterally expel collected, cut-off material.
