The present invention relates to a transparent cooker designed to enable homogeneous cooking and visibility of its interior during cooking of food products. The transparent cooker of the invention comprises at least one chamber shaped base for forming a main body, with recesses on its upper wall, at least one air duct provided on four corners of the base, extending upwards perpendicularly to the base for forming a main body, a plurality of glasses assembled to the air ducts, a plurality of blowing holes provided on the air ducts, suction holes provided on the upper wall of the base, enabling sucking air from the cooking volume, at least one radially shaped fan provided on the center of the base, at least one fan engine positioned behind the fan enabling rotating thereof, at least two grooves enabling placing the glasses on both sides of an air duct, at least one liquid channel provided on the sides of the recess disposed on the upper wall of the base, to protect the suction holes in likely food overflows and currents, at least one heater provided around the fan, at least one separator plate provided on the base, with edges angularly bent upwards, and a plurality of guide flaps to evenly distribute the air sucked by the fan to the air ducts after heating the air by being passed through the heater.

The present invention relates to a method of controlling a cooking oven (1) which comprises a cooling fan (2) for drawing steam from a cooking chamber (3) into a chimney and discharging it to an outside, a motor (4) for driving the cooling fan (2) and a user interface for allowing a user to select a type of the food to be cooked and a target temperature to be set for the cooking process. The method of the present invention comprises a step of acquiring the user selection of the type of the food and the target temperature and a step of switching the motor (4) on/off based on the acquired user selection.
