Abstract: Systems and methods for safe on-line pigging decoking of a coker furnace tubes and which also permits on-line spalling operations via a swinging armlet connection to switch between a process fluid supply and a pigging unit. The systems and methods include a plurality of steam sources, valves, and controllers to isolate portions of the tube coil for spalling.
