Abstract: A power tool comprises a primary housing and a motor assembly connectable to a cutting tool. The motor assembly is configured to drive the cutting tool. A secondary housing is mounted within the primary housing. At least one first dampening system is coupled between the primary housing and the motor assembly. At least one second dampening system is coupled between the primary housing and the secondary housing. Wherein the at least one first dampening system and the at least one second dampening system are configured to reduce vibrations in the secondary housing generated by the motor assembly.

Abstract: A power tool stand for a power tool has a first battery interface and battery having a first tool interface. The first battery interface and the first tool interface are arranged to electrically and mechanically connect together. The power tool stand comprises a base; a projecting frame connected to the base; and a power tool carriage moveably mounted on the projecting frame. The power tool carriage comprises a second battery interface and a second tool interface wherein the second battery interface is compatible with the first battery interface and the second tool interface is compatible with the first tool interface.
