Abstract: The disclosure describes stent delivery systems and its related methods of use. A stent delivery system including an inner shaft with a stent disposed about the distal region, a deployment sheath slidably disposed about the inner shaft, a handle coupled to the deployment sheath, and an intermediate shaft disposed about the inner shaft, positioned proximally of the stent. Further, proximal portion of the intermediate shaft is disposed within the handle and includes a support member.
