Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, a transmitting device may comprise a contactless card and may be configured to create a cryptogram and transmit the cryptogram and loyalty program information to a receiving device application. The receiving device application may be configured to update the loyalty program information stored on the transmitting device and update a reward value stored on the transmitting device based on a number of times a communication interface enters a communication field.

Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for secure communication between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, a method can include initiating an operation, pausing the operation until a user identification has been authenticated, authenticating the user identification after entry of a transmitting device into a communication field of a receiving device and transmission encrypted identification data from the transmitting device to a receiving device application, and completing the operation.

Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, a method includes: generating a diversified key; generating a cryptographic result including a counter value; encrypting the transmission data to yield encrypted transmission data; transmitting the cryptographic result and encrypted transmission data to an application; generating an authentication diversified key; generating a session key; decrypting the encrypted transmission data and validating the received cryptographic result; and initiating, upon authentication of at least one user credential, one or more processes, the one or more processes comprising authenticating one or more electronically generated images associated with transportation ticketing information.

In an embodiment, a method includes transmitting a first account number and a second account number, transmitting a first communication configured to cause a payment to be processed, receiving a payment amount and determining a first instruction based on a first number, determining a tap password, and receiving a second communication indicating that the payment was processed.
