    Abstract: A feed network includes an adjustable electromechanical phase shifter that comprises a main printed circuit board and a phase shifting unit.     Abstract: A base station antenna comprises an array of radiating elements configured to emit electromagnetic radiation and an RF lens positioned to receive the electromagnetic radiation. The RF lens has a first surface facing the array of radiating elements and a second surface opposite the first surface. The RF lens is divided into a plurality of portions that extend from the first surface to the second surface, respectively, the plurality of portions having respective refractive indices for the electromagnetic radiation, wherein the plurality of portions are arranged, in a width direction of the RF lens, such that a first of the plurality of portions having the highest refractive index is in a middle portion of the radio frequency lens and others of the plurality of portions having lower refractive indices are on either side of the first of the plurality of portions.
