Abstract: The present invention relates to a product color correcting method and a product color correcting system. The product color correcting method comprises: an acquiring step to acquire current color parameters of a product by using a mobile terminal to photograph the product; a comparing step to obtain a comparison result by comparing the current color parameters of the product with target color parameters of the product, and to output the comparison result as a color parameter bias between the target color parameters of the product and the current color parameters of the product; and, a correcting step to acquire, based on a first corresponding relationship between a pre-stored color parameter bias and a correction to the formulation for the color of the product, the correction to the formulation for the color of the product corresponding to the color parameter bias output in the comparing step. According to the present invention, it is capable of shortening the cycle of formulation update or color calibration and change so as to meet the requirement of fast generation.

Abstract: A method for manual casting of polymers, in particular of polyurethanes, is used for production of a molded part. The production of the molded part comprises the steps of providing a mold with a cavity for manual casting, preparing a liquid polymer according to a recipe, manual casting of the liquid polymer into the cavity of the mold and solidifying of the liquid polymer in the mold resulting in the molded part. A system comprises the mold and at least one sensor, wherein the sensor detects a parameter before and/or during production of the molded part. The sensor provides parameter data to the system, wherein the system uses the parameter data of the parameter in order to calculate the recipe. The recipe is calculated before and/or during the production of the molded part, wherein the recipe comprises at least one calculated setpoint of a production parameter. The system comprises an electronic device and a display, wherein the electronic device controls the display. The display shows during the production of the molded part at least a part of at least one production step of the recipe calculated according to the parameter data.

Abstract: A method and system for determining a target recipe of a compound with desired attributes are provided in the invention, characterized in that the method comprises: a) performing simulation synthesis for each of a plurality of recipes, and calculating on the simulation synthesis one or more descriptors of each recipe, wherein the descriptors are used to characterize the simulated product of a corresponding recipe; b) performing synthesis for each of a plurality of recipes, and measuring one or more properties of each recipe, wherein the properties are used to describe the attributes of a corresponding recipe; c) training one or more machine learning models by using the values of the descriptors and the properties obtained by step a) and step b) as training samples, wherein the machine learning models correlates the descriptors of the recipes with the properties of the recipes; and d) generating a plurality of candidate recipes, performing simulation synthesis for each of the plurality of candidate recipes, and, using the trained machine learning model obtained by step c), to predict one or more properties of each candidate recipe, thus determining one or more target recipes from the plurality of candidate recipes.
