Abstract: A shoulder support for a string instrument may include a main body portion, a neck portion, and first and second brackets. The main body portion has a first side and a second side. The first side may define a concave surface that is placed against a musician's shoulder. The neck portion extends from the main body portion and has a width that is smaller than a width of the main body portion. The first bracket may include a first flange, hooks extending from the first flange, and a first coupling member extending from the first flange in a direction opposite the hooks. The second bracket may include a second flange, hooks extending from the second flange, and a second coupling member extending from the second flange in a direction opposite the hooks. The first and second coupling members may engage the main body portion and the neck portion, respectively.
