Abstract:
An insulated inductor is provided, including at least one coil winding spirally wounded as a plurality of turns, outer surfaces of which are processed by an insulation disposal, each coil winding being provided with two terminal leads respectively at either end thereof. An insulated sealing arrangement of coil windings is also provided, including a system sheet provided with a plurality of through-holes, by which system sheet the inductor is covered and sealed from an exposed side thereof. The invention seeks to provide protection meeting or exceeding requirement of IEC IP54 and UL Type 12, while maintaining electrically insulation and thermal conduction property therefrom.
