Abstract: An apparatus for extraction of osseous tissue is disclosed. The apparatus includes a fixed portion and a clamp oriented along a generally central area of the fixed portion. The apparatus includes a first bone cutting device and a second bone cutting device coupled to the fixed portion and oriented around the clamp. The first bone cutting device and the second bone cutting device are coupled to the fixed portion using respective joints that accommodate orientations of the first bone cutting device and the second bone cutting device relative to the fixed portion along different horizontal and vertical axes. Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a table-mounted retractor system for open-spine surgery. The table-mounted retractor system includes a frame, wherein the frame is situated lateral to the patient. The table-mounted retractor system further comprises a plurality of retractor hooks wherein each of the plurality of retractor hooks are in operative association with one of a plurality of tension lines, wherein each of the plurality of tension lines is engaged with the frame. Abstract: A spinal implant is disclosed for engagement to portions of a spinal segment after a laminectomy procedure. The spinal implant includes a first member and a second member in orthogonal relation relative to the first member such that the spinal implant generally defines a t-shape configuration. The spinal implant is formed using biocompatible materials to safely adapt to the surgical area. The spinal implant may include hooks or apertures for engaging with portions of bodily tissue.
