    Abstract: An apparatus for canceling a signal is disclosed. The apparatus may include an identification code (ID code) generator configured to generate an ID code.     Abstract: A method (90) and system (30) for wish fulfillment is provided. Accordingly, multiple participants are registered for wish allocation by a registration module (40), whereafter a minimum financial contribution is received from each participant. Against each contribution a coupon is issued to a participant by a coupon issuing module (46), which coupon is active on issuance and expires after a predetermined period of time. A participant records against each coupon a wish. A lottery module (50) of the system then selects from active, unexpired coupons a pool of potential winning coupons for a particular winnings period, which is published by the publishing module (52) in order for participants to review and vote on the pool of potential winning coupons thereby to select at least one winning wish for the particular winnings period. After wish allocation votes on the pool of potential winning coupons are received from participants during a voting period at least one wish which is associated with the coupon that received the highest number of votes out of the pool of potential winning coupons is rewarded.
