    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container includes (A) a front panel, a rear panel, a first gusseted side panel, and a second gusseted side panel. The gusseted side panels adjoin the front panel and the rear panel along peripheral seals to form a chamber. Each peripheral seal has (i) a body seal inner edge (BSIE) with opposing ends, (ii) a top tapered seal inner edge (t-TSIE) extending from a top end of each BSIE, (iii) a neck seal inner edge (NSIE) extending from a top end of each t- TSIE, (iv) a neck arc extending between each NSIE and t-TSIE, and (v) a plane (N) extending through each neck arc. Each NSIE forms a neck angle with the plane (N), and the neck angle is from 45° to less than 90°.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container (8) includes a first multilayer film (16) and a second multilayer film (18). Each multilayer film comprises a seal layer. The multilayer films are arranged such that the seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film (18) is superimposed on the first multilayer film (16). The multilayer films are sealed along a common peripheral edge (20). The flexible container (8) includes a fitment (10). The fitment (10) comprises a base (12). The base (12) comprises a polymeric blend of from 60 wt% to 90 wt% ethylene/a-olefin multi-block copolymer and from 40 wt% to 10 wt% high density polyethylene (HDPE). The flexible container (8) includes a fitment seal (22) comprising the base (12) located between the multilayer films. The base (12) is sealed to each multilayer film at a portion of the common peripheral edge (20).

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dispenser (100, 200) for pressurized material. In an embodiment, the dispenser (100) for pressurized material includes a container half (12) having an exposed edge (16) and a closure member (C) at the exposed edge (16). The container half has a cup half (30) in an interior top portion. The dispenser includes a reciprocal container half (14) having a reciprocal exposed edge (18) and a reciprocal closure member (r-C) at the reciprocal exposed edge (18). The reciprocal container half (14) has a reciprocal cup half (32) in an interior top portion. The closure member (C) and the reciprocal closure member (r-C) matingly engage along the exposed edges to attach the container half (12) to the reciprocal container half (14) and form a container. The dispenser includes a sleeve bag on valve (SBoV) assembly in an interior of the container. The SBoV assembly includes a valve seat (102).     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a container (30) and a process for producing the container. In an embodiment, the process includes placing a sleeve bag on valve assembly (SBoV) (100) in a blow mold apparatus. The blow mold apparatus has two opposing and movable molds (14, 16). The SBoV has a valve seat (104). The process includes extending a parison of flowable polymeric material around the SBoV and between the opposing molds. The process includes moving the opposing molds to a closed position and pressing an upstream portion of the parison (22) against the valve seat (104). The process includes blow molding a downstream portion of the parison into a container-shape within the closed mold. The process includes forming a container with the valve seat melt bonded to a neck portion (32) of the container.
