Abstract: A preformed thermoplastic polymer is dispersed into a polyol via a mechanical dispersion process. A stabilizer is present to stabilize the dispersed polymer particles. An antisolvent is also present. The antisolvent has been found to lead to smaller particle size and increased dispersion stability.
